Jackie has built a reputation as an industry leader for sharing her knowledge with her peers through her books, keynote seminars, CEU accredited courses, and e-learning. She is the "go-to" expert on soft furnishings and is a coveted speaker at high profile design events and trade shows.
Partnering with her friend and leading design educator Deb Barrett, she built Soft Design Lab in 2014 to provide a platform to inform, educate, and inspire the design community. Through Soft Design Lab she teaches a wide variety of design related subjects.
